Multi-Lingual recruitment company based in Copenhagen, Denmark, and Sliema, Malta. We are specialized in recruiting Scandinavians, Dutch, German, and Finnish to various positions around Europe. The Role

You will be responsible for:

1. Handling customer calls/mails/chats and technical support
2. Working in Salesforce (logging calls and answering emails)
3. Independent research of information on various platforms
4. Preparing escalations according to established procedures
5. Following Netgear rules and procedures
6. Communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manner
7. Participation in trainings and performing trainings/tests on the LMS platform
8. Supporting the OMS platform
9. Working with higher levels of support and reporting known issues
10. Solving problems with difficult customers

Ideal Profile

1. Knowledge of Italian at the level of min. C1
2. Smooth computer operation
3. Highly developed sales competences
4. No experience required, willing to do sales
