The Role

You will be responsible for:

1. Handling customer calls/mails/chats and technical support
2. Working in Salesforce (logging calls and answering emails)
3. Conducting independent research of information on various platforms
4. Preparing escalations according to established procedures
5. Following Netgear rules and procedures
6. Communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manner
7. Participating in trainings and performing trainings/tests on the LMS platform
8. Supporting the OMS platform
9. Working with higher levels of support and reporting known issues
10. Solving problems with difficult customers

Ideal Profile

1. Knowledge of German at the level of min. C1
2. Smooth computer operation
3. Highly developed sales competencies
4. No experience required, willing to do sales
