We are looking for .NET developers to join Sopra Steria Apps Services team for a client in the aerospace sector. 

You will work in an industrial, stable environment in multinational team (France, Poland, Canada, India) for a major aeronautical manufacturer.

The program involves wide portfolio of applications developed by multiple teams.

Our scope is to develop applications that for example support pilots and crew, the airline in planning the flights, airports operations in modern technologies in mainly 2 streams: .NET and Java, with a front on VueJS/TypeScript. 

All applications are deployed to AWS Cloud.

Note that we can offer cooperation only to people located in Poland.

Tech stack on the project:

• Backend: C#
• Frontend: Vue.js – migration to 3.5 (TypeScript)
• Databases: MySQL, DynamoDBFrameworks: .NET 8
• Knowledge repositories: Confluence
• CI/CD: GitLab
• Version control systems: GIT
• Cloud: AWS (AWS lambda, SAM, CloudFormation, RDS, SQS, Lambda Functions and other AWS services are used)
• Jenkins/Cloudbees
• CloudFormation/SAM, Artifactory
• SonarQube
• Microservices-based architecture

Must have requirements:

• Min. 6 months of full-time experience in software development with .NET
• At least Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
• Strong “can-do” attitude and good communication skills
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Desire and ability to quickly learn new technologies and programming languages
• Team player
• Customer-focused attitude
• Fluent English B2/C1
• Being open to occasional business trips abroad and visits in our office in Katowice

Nice to have requirements:

• Experience working in a distributed and international team
• Experience with Vue.js
• Experience with SQL databases
• Experience in Application Lifecycle Management tools (e.g.: Agility)
• Experience with Docker
• Previous experience with AWS
