What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end Data Science solutions, individually or collaboratively, for clients across various industries.
- Validate, preprocess, and transform data to extract meaningful insights, enhance data quality, and build efficient, reliable ML models using Python/Spark/SQL.
- Deploy and operationalise ML models in cloud environments, implementing robust monitoring, error handling, and CI/CD pipelines for seamless integration.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with data engineers, BI developers, data analysts, and business stakeholders to define project goals, data strategies, and technical solutions.
- Develop LLM‑based applications (Chatbots, AI Agents) to facilitate faster information retrieval from structured and unstructured internal and external data.
What We’re Looking For
- 1-2 years of hands‑on experience as an ML Engineer, Data Scientist or related field.
- Proficiency in Python/SQL/PySpark with experience in DS frameworks such as pandas, NumPy, scikit‑learn, SciPy, and XGBoost.
- Familiarity with ML concepts including tree‑based models, time‑series, gradient boosting, feature engineering, hyperparameter tuning, and model interpretability.
- Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and Databricks/MS Fabric.
- Eager to explore new technologies and stay up to date with modern data solutions.
Nice To Have
- Familiarity with LLM‑based applications, including RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex, and experience with an LLM API provider.
- Strong foundation in probability, statistics and Bayesian methods.
- Prior experience working in FMCG or business areas such as Supply Chain, Marketing, RGM, Sales & Operation Planning, and HR.
- Knowledge of MLOps practices, including CI/CD for ML, model monitoring, and governance using tools like GitHub/Azure DevOps, Docker, and MLflow.
- Experience presenting project process and results to non‑technical people.
