Job Description

• Search for, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners
• Maintain, develop, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing affiliates
• Track key performance metrics (traffic, FTDs, conversion rates, ROI) and prepare regular reports
• Suggest and implement optimizations to improve partner performance and overall campaign ROI
• Negotiate commission models and partnership terms (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid) with affiliates
• Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, product, finance) to provide affiliates with creative materials, tracking links, and necessary resources

Qualifications

• Good command of English
• Suitable backgrounds may include: Customer Support in the betting/gaming industry
• Translators or content specialists with experience in betting
• Individuals eager to transition into affiliate marketing and account management roles

Nice to have

• Understanding of digital marketing principles (traffic sources, KPIs, ROI, conversion funnels)
• Basic knowledge of affiliate marketing models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid)
• Experience with affiliate platforms and/or tracking systems is a plus. Proficiency with MS Excel/Google Sheets and ability to work with data (basic analytics, reporting)
• Knowledge of CRM systems and/or experience with campaign management tools is an advantage
• General understanding of online betting/casino industry is preferred
