Who we are looking for

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer with 1-3+ years of experience in Node.js development or equivalent training. You will apply testing best practices, assist in scripting tasks, contribute to automation frameworks, and develop cloud microservices.



  1. 1-2 years (junior) or 3+ years (mid) of experience with Node.js/TypeScript development or equivalent training.
  2. Knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks.
  3. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and command-line tools.
  4. Understanding of AWS Services (e.g., Lambda, CloudWatch, API Gateway) will be a great asset.
  5. Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn QA processes.
  6. Experience with testing REST and SOAP APIs (Postman, Swagger).
  7. Good communication skills and the ability to work within a team.
  8. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Nice to have:

  1. Knowledge of serverless frameworks.
  2. Familiarity with JavaScript testing libraries (e.g., Mocha, Jest).
  3. Basic understanding of API testing or interest in learning API testing tools.
  4. Experience with load testing tools (JMeter, Gatling).
  5. Some experience with CI/CD pipelines.
  6. Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
  7. AWS certifications related to cloud infrastructure or DevOps.

Your future role

  1. Designing, building, and executing test plans for applications.
  2. Work on basic scripting tasks and assist in improving automation frameworks.
  3. Contribute to the development and refinement of test cases and test plans.
  4. Help maintain test environments and ensure they are properly configured for testing.
  5. Collaborate with developers to identify and document defects.
  6. Support the creation and execution of automated test scripts using Node.js.
  7. Assist in manual testing of web applications, focusing on functionality and usability.
