We are seeking a diligent and highly organised Junior/Mid-Level Corporate Lawyer to join our Legal Department and assist with day-to-day administrative, procedural and governance tasks. While the role includes a heavy focus on administrative responsibilities such as acting as secretary and minute-taker for board and committee meetings, it will also offer the opportunity to engage in diverse corporate legal matters across the Group. The successful candidate will liaise with key stakeholders, including regional CEOs, Directors and management.
This position is ideal for a corporate lawyer who enjoys structured corporate governance admin tasks, combined with periodic involvement in broader legal projects. The successful candidate will be meticulous, able to independently manage documentation, and possess excellent written and verbal English skills. The role also provides opportunities to contribute to the improvement of our corporate governance framework through developing new processes, templates, and approaches.
