We are seeking a diligent and highly organised Junior/Mid-Level Corporate Lawyer to join our Legal Department and assist with day-to-day administrative, procedural and governance tasks. While the role includes a heavy focus on administrative responsibilities such as acting as secretary and minute-taker for board and committee meetings, it will also offer the opportunity to engage in diverse corporate legal matters across the Group. The successful candidate will liaise with key stakeholders, including regional CEOs, Directors and management.

This position is ideal for a corporate lawyer who enjoys structured corporate governance admin tasks, combined with periodic involvement in broader legal projects. The successful candidate will be meticulous, able to independently manage documentation, and possess excellent written and verbal English skills. The role also provides opportunities to contribute to the improvement of our corporate governance framework through developing new processes, templates, and approaches.

Responsibilities

  • Act as secretary and minute-taker for various board and committee meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas and meeting packs, minute-taking, and managing follow-up documentation
  • Assist with maintaining corporate governance records and ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions
  • Liaise proactively with internal stakeholders, including regional CEOs, Directors and management, and external advisors as needed
  • Support corporate governance processes
  • Prepare and review legal documents, such as resolutions, terms of reference, etc
  • Contribute to ad-hoc legal tasks with a focus on corporate matters
  • Help improve and streamline governance-related administrative processes, documentation management systems, and templates

Requirements

  • Strong interest and capability in handling structured corporate governance admin activities
  • Exceptional organisational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (at least C1 level). Ability to work independently, take initiative, and proactively manage multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with corporate governance processes
  • Experience or interest in utilising AI tools for administrative efficiency
  • Familiarity with task management systems such as Asana or Jira
