As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Hiring engineers, building and leading teams
• Planning and organizing the work of the team to deliver expected results
• Making sure the team has all the things needed to be highly efficient in their activities
• Monitoring the progress of the project, identifying and managing project risks and issues
• Cooperating with the Customer in defining solutions which satisfy the needs of the Customer
• Managing and taking part in the gathering of technical and business requirements for projects
• Determining training and talent development needs
• Coaching and mentoring
• Cooperating with the Sales department
• Visiting the Customer a maximum of a few times a year

Do we have a match?

As an Engineering Manager you must meet the following criteria:

• Experience as a team leader
• Good knowledge of Agile methodology
• Good knowledge of various project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Rally
• Understanding of programming, testing including test automation, computer networks and cloud as well as expertise in one of them
• Hands-on experience (at least 2 years) as a software developer or a developer of automated tests or DevOps
• Experience in working with customers
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal (C1 level minimum)
