Your impact:

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with strong Google Cloud Platform expertise to join the Digital & Data Hub at the Jacobs Krakow office. You will support a high‑impact initiative focused on stabilizing and enhancing an acquired application. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving critical issues, establishing cloud infrastructure and CI/CD processes, and contributing to longer‑term improvements such as mobile application redevelopment and new feature development.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in dynamic environments, solving architectural challenges, and shaping cloud-native platforms from the ground up.

Heres what youll need:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or Cloud Engineer
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Proficiency in Terraform and infrastructure-as-code practices
  • Solid experience working with Kubernetes and containerized environments
  • Experience with CI/CD development and automation (specific tooling flexible)
  • Good understanding of cloud architecture, networking, and security
  • Experience with ElasticSearch is an advantage
  • Familiarity with hosting services such as App Engine
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment focused on rapid delivery and stabilization
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and readiness to work with evolving or legacy systems
