As a Junior/ Mid Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in assisting our US-based clients by managing inquiries through ticketing and messaging platforms. You will handle hardware and app-related questions, perform basic troubleshooting, and collaborate with external helpdesks. Working closely with an experienced team, you’ll ensure smooth customer support operations while gaining hands-on experience in the AI industry. This role offers a stable position with clear responsibilities, afternoon working hours, and an opportunity to grow in a dynamic tech environment.

Requirements:

  • good command of English (min. B2),
  • clear communication and teamwork skills,
  • precision and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Nice to have:

  • previous experience in customer support/helpdesk,
  • familiarity with Zendesk or similar tools.
