Basic experience in using tools like Trace parser and Dynamics perf.

Maintain technical design documentation.
Supporting business processes.
Taking part in various rollouts and projects related to Microsoft Dynamics in different countries.
Daily interaction and cooperation with different departments in different countries.
Assisting in conducting trainings to helpdesk / key users.

requirements-expected :

Preferably, 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX, including Production modules
Basic knowledge of SQL
Excellent interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and analytical skills.
Able to read instructions and process requirements.
Good command of English.
