Our mission is simple. To increase the number of patients treated in stroke ready hospitals and to optimise the quality of treatment in all existing stroke centres. We are building a global community of stroke centres and stroke ready hospitals, working every day to improve the quality of treatment for every stroke patient.

We are looking for a Junior Medical Science Liaison in Poznan, Poland who will join an exciting working environment in a dynamic and international atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

1. Increase efficiency in the management of stroke patients
2. Support hospitals and healthcare professionals with continuous training and organizational tools
3. Be an expert Therapeutic Consultant promoting new diagnostic and treatment guidelines to hospitals
4. Foster and promote quality monitoring programs to keep consistent hospital performance
5. Extend the reach of the project to new hospitals
6. Lead the multidisciplinary stroke teams through continuous improvement
7. Improve therapeutic protocols in the major hospitals

Required Skills:

1. Excellent Scientific Background
2. Ideally PhD in Neuroscience
3. High motivation and very good people skills
4. Fluency in English and Polish
5. Leadership skills
6. Proactivity, flexibility and problem-solving skills
7. Availability to travel up to 70% of the time
