Job Description

Eurofins is standardizing processes across various domains of its Group Service Centre (including Group Structure Master Data Management, Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Compensation & Benefits, etc.) and deploying Group-wide tools.

As a Junior Master Data Administrator, you will be involved in maintaining Master Data processes and assisting with improving data quality. You will learn to actively participate in enhancing internal tools that support the Master Data Maintenance processes, and gain hands-on experience in working on continuous improvements for other support services tools developed within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist internal teams (Business Controllers, Business Unit Leaders, local HR Managers) by supporting their Master Data needs and ensuring data quality through emails and calls.
• Monitor employee identification Master Data quality and support its day-to-day management.
• Help with the analysis of Company Structure Master Data and monitor data quality KPIs.
• Learn to collaborate with the project and IT teams to improve internal tools for Master Data management.
• Continuously support the monitoring of Master Data processes and ensure they meet the required standards in the IT application.

Qualifications

What are we expecting:

• You are detail-oriented, organized, and keen to learn.
• Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of Excel are necessary.
• A customer-oriented attitude, with strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
• A Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
