&##As a Junior Marketing Strategist , you’ll be supporting a dynamic team focused on wealth management for high-net-worth clients. You’ll assist in planning and coordinating data-informed marketing strategies tailored to this exclusive sector. Your tasks will include helping prepare and oversee the long-term strategies for marketing channels, analyzing customer data, and learning to monitor and adjust strategies in real time. You’ll collaborate with a team that manages assets from $200k — $2M, gaining hands-on experience in optimizing marketing spend across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and others.

You’ll learn to see the big picture — we analyze both the performance of marketing campaigns and the overall profitability and ROI for our wealth management clients, ensuring we deliver impactful results beyond clicks and sessions.

&##You have a strong command of English (C1), and fluent Polish language skills. You feel comfortable communicating in a professional, remote work setting.

This role is a great fit for an ambitious, data-driven channel specialist or project manager who feels ready to step beyond their current focus and take on the planning and execution of broader, multi-channel campaigns.

&##You’re interested, or already have some experience, in the world of finance and wealth management.
You’re curious about how strategic marketing influences business results.
You’re eager to understand global and macroeconomic trends and their impact on clients’ marketing and business decisions.
You have 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally supporting strategic or performance marketing teams.
You have an understanding of digital marketing channels (Paid Social, SEO, SEM, Analytics) and are excited to explore how they connect throughout the marketing funnel.
You are learning to use analytical tools and are comfortable interpreting data with guidance — and you’re excited to build dashboards or automated reports that improve visibility.
Note: Many of our client meetings take place in the late afternoon or early evening (CET) due to time zone differences with U.You have some experience working with project organization tools like Asana (switching to ClickUp shortly), Slack, Notion, GSuite, etc.
