Junior Marketing Specialist with German or FrenchMiejsce pracy: Gdańsk Responsibilities:

• Discover engaging creators, especially video-focused, aligned with a professional audience.
• Connect with creators via various channels, sharing guidelines and strategies to enhance engagement.
• Share assets, best practices, and feedback to ensure creators content meets platform standards.
• Follow up on creator activities, ensuring consistent audience engagement and feedback.
• Maintain an organized creator database for streamlined tracking and follow-up.

• Good knowledge of English and German or French.
• First experience working in marketing, social media, or digital branding.
• Good understanding of platform trends, video content strategy and influencer engagement.
• Willingness to work remotely with 3 days of work from the office.
