Currently, for one of our clients — an international marketing agency — we are seeking candidates for the position of:

(Junior) Marketing Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Managing digital projects using JIRA.
• Overseeing tasks and prioritizing within digital marketing campaigns, websites, landing pages, and e-commerce initiatives.
• Working in an international environment — ensuring all teams are informed about progress and issues.
• Collaborating with internal teams to meet milestones within scope and timeframes.
• Communicating with local offices and stakeholders.
• Reporting issues and supporting their resolution.
• Assessing task scope and estimating completion times.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, preferably in a cross-departmental business environment.
• Proven success in managing complex projects or multiple initiatives involving budget, scope, risk, and stakeholder management.
• English proficiency (B2+ level).
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid) and tools (Jira, MS Project, Confluence, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proactivity, adaptability, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Offer

• Hybrid work; office located in Warsaw Mokotów.
• Employment contract or mandate contract.
• Full-time work from Monday to Friday, hours: 8:00-16:30, 10:00-18:30, or 14:00-22:30 (shift allowance provided).
• 8-hour workday plus 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
