Create and confirm orders with suppliers and service providers.

Organize imports and exports of goods.

Communicate with suppliers, external factories, internal departments, and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery of goods/products.

Monitor order timelines and arrange for standard and oversized transport.

Prepare commercial documents for shipments.

Independently manage logistics aspects of projects and develop logistical plans.

Prepare Intrastat and VAT reports for the company.

Maintain and execute operations project plans.

Required Skills

• English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
• Experience/background in logistics/supply chain - will be an advantage.
• Driving license cat. B.
• Proficient knowledge in ERP Systems, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
• Strong communication skills and a desire to work in a team.
