Currently we are seeking a professional to join us as Junior Legal Counsel in Warsaw/Kraków/Katowice Poland.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized Polish university
- 1–3 years of legal experience (in-house or law firm, preferably in commercial or corporate law)
- Sound understanding of Polish corporate, civil, commercial, and labor law
- Excellent written and spoken Polish and English
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Enthusiasm for technology, innovation, and modern financial products
- Experience in fintech, tech, or financial services sectors would be a plus
Nice To Have
- A valid Polish driving license
- A flexible time schedule, as the position may require frequent business trips
Responsibilities
- Representing the company in notary offices, registries, courts, bailiffs offices, other official institutions
- Obtaining the notarized copies, apostilles, certificates, official translations
- Drafting corporate documents
- Drafting and reviewing various contracts (employment, NDAs, commercial, procurement)
- Corresponding with various institutions
- Drafting court documents
- Drafting debt collection documents
- Maintaining internal legal databases and templates, translating documents
