,[Provide substantive support in ongoing Legal & Privacy projects (research, short notes, checklists, meeting minutes), Ensure, under the supervision of team members, compliance of personal data processing across Shiji’s products and operations (GDPR and other regimes), Support the legal servicing of Shiji Group’s business processes (sales, procurement, product) in close collaboration with stakeholders, Assist with review and redlining of commercial agreements (MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs, PSAs) under supervision; prepare positions tables and issue lists, Support in providing day-to-day in-house legal advice, Assist with handling data subject requests, privacy incidents intake, and maintenance of Records of Processing Activities (RoPA), Prepare and deliver basic internal awareness materials (one‑pagers, slides) together with senior team members.
