Job Description:
What You Will Do :
- Prepare reports and analyses in terms of international accounting and financial reporting standards (ASC 842 and IFRS 16)
- Administrative duties related to reporting software – CoStar (recording lease contracts into the system)
- Validation of input data accuracy for Lease Templates received from Ecolab organization
- Monitor KPIs for Lease Accounting processes within Global Business Services
- Monitor internal Lease Accounting controls to ensure compliance
- Work closely with other team members and Global Business Services to ensure timeliness and accuracy of month end close activities
- Conduct ad hoc reports as required
- Answering questions received from Local Organization
- Template preparation for Big Vendors Leases
- Communication and follow up on data completeness with global stakeholders

What You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Finance/Accounting area or equivalent accounting courses will be an asset
- Very good English (written/oral) is required
- Positive approach to problem solving and introducing new solutions
- Good computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel)
- User skills in CoStar software will be an asset
- Solid communication and cooperation skills
- Ability to work in a multinational environment
- Ability to work in flexible hours during month close
- Excellent interpersonal skills and analytical abilities
