Job Description:

• Creating thinking for the needs of settlement of lease meetings.
• Checking the correctness of settlements between the parties to the lease.
• Analysis of discrepancies in the accounting system.
• Preparing monthly/quarterly/annual reports and summaries.
• Cooperation with operating departments and contractors in order to carry out tasks.
• Ability to complete tasks and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• Very good knowledge of English (min. B2).
• Utility of an additional foreign language is a plus.
• Practical knowledge of using MS Office (especially MS Excel).
• Higher education or last year of studies (preferred fields: finance/real estate management).
• Experience in finance is preferred.
• Ability to work in a team.
