Junior Lead Generation Support

We’re looking for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to gain experience in marketing and sales within the IT industry.

You’ll join a team that develops VM.PL’s marketing activities across German-speaking markets (DACH) and English-speaking countries (UK, USA, Belgium, the Netherlands).

Your main task will be to support the team in building the sales funnel through research and marketing activities. You’ll receive clear guidelines, access to tools, and the support of a team that will teach you everything you need to know.

This is a great opportunity to understand how marketing and sales work in an IT company, learn about customer acquisition processes, and build skills that can open the door to further career development in this field.

What we expect

• Very good command of German and English (min. B2 level)
• Accuracy and attention to detail when working with data
• Willingness to learn and develop in marketing or sales
• Ability to work from our Wrocław office at least 2 days a week
• Availability of approx. 25 hours per week, with the possibility of moving to full-time in the future
• Nice to have: studies in Marketing, Communication, or Management
