Legal Functions:

• Advise on legal matters and regulations.
• Draft, review, and ensure contract compliance.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings.
• Manage legal risks and compliance policies.
• Oversee data protection (e.g., GDPR).
• Archive legal documents and resolve disputes.
• Coordinate with external legal advisors.

Our Requirements:

• Completed law studies (Master of Laws).
• Legal training as an advocate or legal advisor (preferred).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working as an in-house lawyer or in a law firm.
• Experience in commercial law, labor law, civil law, and tax law.
• Excellent knowledge of laws applicable in Poland; knowledge of international legal regulations (preferred).
• Ability to analyze and interpret legal regulations, capability to solve complex legal problems.
• Experience in negotiations and contract drafting.
• Proficient in English and Polish, both spoken and written (mandatory);
