Junior Land Research Specialist
Location: Warsaw
Responsibilities
Actively searching for new locations for photovoltaic investments and energy storage systems (BESS) in Italy
Analyzing and verifying potential land properties (location, land morphology, accessibility, zoning plans, and other conditions)
Supporting the daily work of the Italian Land Scouts and Project Developers team
Gathering information from the Electronic Land and Mortgage Register Database (SISTER), Geoportal, Public and Municipal Spatial Information Systems
Communicating with landowners and local administrative authorities
Requirements
Completed (or ongoing) university studies in any field (preferred majors: geodesy, urban planning, spatial management/planning)
Proficiency in Italian and English at minimum B2 level – mandatory
Strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively obtain information from available sources
Accuracy, willingness to learn, and attention to detail
Practical knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
Knowledge of QGIS
Experience in the renewable energy industry
