More precisely, you will be responsible for:
- Establishing new business contacts with potential customers (CEE countries)
- Maintaining customer relationships
- Conducting business negotiations with customers
- Participation in building and implementing the company’s sales strategy
- Providing presentations on the company’s products and services
- Preparing business offers
- Achieving the assumed sales target
- Reporting on progress on an ongoing basis
We want you on board if you have:
- At least 2 years of practical experience in selling services and products (enterprise-class software) in the IT industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel
- Fluent knowledge of the Polish language
- Knowledge of English at a communicative level
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to learn quickly
- Perseverance in pursuit of a goal, motivation, and a proactive attitude
Nice to have:
- University degree (or in progress) in IT, project management, or related field
- Driving licence
Recruitment steps
- Initial interview: Get a better understanding of who we are and what we do. All we need is a few minutes of your time and some answers, such as motivation and expectations, to get to know you a little better – up to 30 minutes.
- Technical online interview: Intended to learn about your experience and technical areas of your job. Your perspective on why you do what you do. We’d like to find out what your career plans are and if this is a place where you could achieve them – 45-60 min.
- Decision: Within 2 weeks of your interview, we will contact you and tell you our decision!
