Your responsibilities

Support Audits: Assist in audits such as TS, VDA, development, engineering, logistics, process, financial, and warranty audits.
Drive Customer Satisfaction: Help improve customer satisfaction by analyzing feedback and working on actionable strategies.
RFQ Assistance: Support the preparation of cost estimates for Requests for Quotation (RFQs) by gathering and evaluating necessary data.
Data Coordination: Manage customer portals and ensure the smooth flow of important updates to internal teams.
Communicate Customer Needs: Act as the link between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth communication of new requirements.
Collaborative Reporting: Assist with accurate, timely, and customer-facing reports.
Program Support: Participate in program management reviews and collaborate with teams to ensure projects run smoothly.
Work Cross-Functionally: Partner with marketing and other departments to align goals and share insights.

We’re looking for someone who is eager to grow in a dynamic environment, build strong client relationships, and develop account management skills. If this sounds like you, here’s what we’d love to see:
A university degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering is a bonus but not required).
A proactive attitude and strong desire to learn.
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus!).
Basic understanding of key financial metrics or a willingness to learn about them.
Some working experience in automotive/manufacturing environment is preferred.
Openness to occasional travel to meet customers and support business needs.
