Join Siis Rzeszow branch as a Junior IT Support Specialist!
You will learn the standards and tools applicable in our company, you will be responsible for direct and remote support of Sii internal users. We provide the opportunity for development in the areas of application support and IT Infrastructure, among others.
We expect availability for shift work (Monday - Friday from 07:00 to 18:00).
Your tasks

• Logging requests and analyzing the causes of malfunction of users workstations
• Providing remote technical support to users for system software, application software and computer hardware and peripherals
• Working closely with 2nd and 3rd line support
• Handling requests in the ITSM tool based on ITIL practices
• Monitoring open tickets and informing users of their current status
  

• Very good interpersonal and communication skills: communicativeness, openness, empathy
• Ability to organize own work well
• Good knowledge of English and Polish, both spoken and written
• Knowledge of MS Windows operating systems
• Knowledge of computer hardware design and basic configuration elements
• Knowledge of MS Outlook, Teams application configuration and MS Word, MS Excel functions
• Practical knowledge of MS Active Directory service
• Required to reside in Poland
