We are seeking a skilled Junior IT Support Technician to provide remote technical support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT support best practices and be able to troubleshoot a wide range of technical issues.

Manage and respond to support tickets in a timely manner.
Install and configure software and hardware.
Provide remote technical assistance to users.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues.
Manage user accounts and passwords.
Maintain IT inventory and asset management.
Adhere to security best practices and policies.

Strong understanding of IT support principles and practices.
Experience with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, Remote Desktop).
Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems.
Knowledge of network troubleshooting and basic network configuration.
