As Junior IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting staff in the installation, configuration and ongoing maintenance of computers, external devices and software based on accepted standards and guidelines. You will also be responsible for remote technical support and training of staff in the use of computers, computer devices and software, as well as the maintenance of GFTs corporate systems (Active Directory, MS Entra ID, anti-virus, MDM, etc.).
If you have a relevant degree, one year of experience in a similar position, experience in user support, diagnosing network problems, proficiency in Windows 10, Microsoft 365, and fluent communication skills in English... apply.
