Responsibilities:

1. Create Project Plans and project documentation
2. Monitor Project Progress (quality, deadlines, and budget tracking)
3. Report Project Results
4. Track the status of the scope of work and collaborate with project teams
5. Monitor quality and project risk
6. Cooperate with contractors within the project
7. Manage stakeholders in projects
8. Manage information

Requirements:

1. Problem-solving skills
2. Commitment to tasks
3. Self-reliance, positive attitude, and ability to deal with stress
4. Skills in building long-lasting relationships with clients
5. Creative and analytical mindset
6. Understanding of business requirements
7. Flexibility in dealing with new challenges
8. Experience in working in a project team
9. Knowledge of project management methodology (waterfall and agile is a plus)
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
11. Experience in an IT environment is a plus
12. Basic knowledge of project management tools (e.g., ClickUp)
13. Great communication skills (written & spoken, Polish and English)
14. Technical background or engineering education
15. Eager to learn and improve
