responsibilities :
We are globally undergoing a digital transformation, currently implementing Workday as our core HCM system. We are looking for an IT HR Specialist to provide technical assistance during the implementation process and beyond and work closely with both our HR and IT teams.
Support Workday Implementation: Assist in the collaboration with internal IT teams, external consultants, and the Workday implementation team to ensure the successful rollout of Workday modules (e.g. Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Core & Advanced Compensation, and Workday Help).
Integration and Configuration: Participate in integrating Workday with existing IT systems, focusing on data migration, interface (API) setup, and workflow configuration.
Technical Documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining technical specifications, system documentation, and user manuals.
Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Serve as a support point for issues during and after the implementation phase, providing resolution and guidance.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Assist in planning and executing testing phases (Unit and UAT), troubleshooting errors, and optimizing system performance.
Collaboration with HR: Work closely with the HR and IT teams to ensure data accuracy and security within the Workday system.
Data Analysis and Migration: Support data quality assurance, data cleansing, and data conversion activities in coordination with the Data Conversion Lead.
requirements-expected :
Educational background in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
A desire to gain professional experience and quickly take on responsibility.
First experience with HR systems, preferably Workday, SAP HCM, or similar HCM platforms.
Ideally already familiar with data migration, API integration, and technical implementation processes.
Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and a structured working style.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to bridge HR and IT departments.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
