Providing user support primarily for Client Hardware, Windows Operating System, Retail and Office environment to complete workflow tasks, incidents and request in a cost-efficient manner
Striving for a high 1st level support solution rate to gain high level of user satisfaction
Informing proactively IT users about the status of their request and if necessary cooperating with other teams involved according to the urgency of the request
Capturing and updating requests in the corresponding ticketing system (standard change, incident or requests)
Documenting problem solutions and continuous maintenance of internal knowledge database

Basic IT knowledge and first working experience
Customer service and solution deliver orientation
Friendly and professional communication towards customer
Willingness to learn and develop within IT sector
Fluency in English, Italian and Spanish (at least B2 level)
