Maintain company’s Hardware, Licenses and subscriptions (IT Procurement)
Handle IT procurement processes, including sourcing, purchasing, coordinating deliveries, and managing supplier relationships
Maintain company’s IT infrastructure and ensure that the IT environment of the company is running effective and provide sufficient level of availability of the services for support internal users with their IT-related issues
Install, manage and configure workstations, servers, smartphones and business applications
Work together with internal security team, devops team, third parties and other teams to ensure that the IT systems configuration reflects needs of the company
Develop and support the documentation of the environment to ensure it is updated and presents up-to-date state of the IT environment
requirements-expected :
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Very good spoken and written English
Experience with IT procurement or purchasing processes
Good knowledge of Excel and experience in managing data (e.g., inventory tracking, procurement reporting)
Basic understanding of Windows Active Directory environments, Office 365, and Azure AD
Basic knowledge of Linux operating system (Ubuntu preferred) or MacOS
Basic knowledge of IT network configuration
Self-motivation, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
