About You

Are you a student or recent graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Management, or another IT or business-related field? Would you like to start your career in IT consulting, working with global clients and combining business understanding with technology? If so, we are looking for you.

To apply you should communicate confidently in spoken and written English (you’ll work with international clients), have your first professional experience – ideally in IT, consulting or supply chain management, be eager to learn and contribute to meaningful projects, and have strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Please note: Initially, we need your physical presence at our Warsaw office 3‑4 days a week, with the possibility of transitioning to fewer office days as you progress.

Role

As a Junior IT Consultant, you will collaborate with our clients to improve the efficiency of their supply chains through world‑class IT systems, work as part of a project team — initially under the guidance of senior consultants, but quickly taking on more independent tasks, analyze client needs and help design and implement IT solutions, combine business knowledge and technical skills in real, global projects.

We are on the lookout for individuals who aspire to develop as IT consultants for the supply chain functions of global customers. Our projects involve some of the largest global supply chain implementations — offering a unique opportunity to learn and grow.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Blend of: Business knowledge: Understanding of supply chain processes and challenges.
• IT skills: programming, databases, integration, AI/ML knowledge, software engineering.
• Consulting skills: Self‑confidence, ownership, and effective communication.

Now, we do not expect you to already have a complete set. We will teach you through a mix of courses, shadowing, and gradual project involvement. Depending on your background, you’ll follow a customized onboarding plan and join live projects as soon as possible.

Your First Tasks Will Involve

• Analyzing customer needs and supporting the implementation of IT solutions in the supply chain and planning areas.
• Working on projects with global customers that have a significant impact on their international operations.
• Spending about half your time engaging with clients to understand their needs, and the other half developing and refining solutions — independently or with your team.
