Your initial responsibilities will revolve around analyzing customer needs and implementing specific IT solutions in the supply chain and planning area.
All our projects are with global customers and have a significant impact on the efficiency of their international supply chains. What we are doing here are the largest global supply chain implementations that you can imagine.
Once already on a project, you spend about half of your time talking to customers to understand their issues and needs and the other half - devising solutions, on your own or with others.

Are you a student enrolled in a graduate university course specializing in IT, mathematics, statistics, science, physics, or any technical or business major? Alternatively, are you a graduate in any of these fields? We are seeking individuals with the following qualifications:
Proficient in spoken and written English with a fair level of self-confidence to interact with international customers.
Proficient in spoken and written Polish (C1/C2 level)
First professional experience, preferably within IT or supply chain management.
Eager to learn and contribute to significant projects.
Strong analytical, deductive, and inductive reasoning skills.
We are on the lookout for individuals who aspire to develop as IT consultants for the supply chain functions of global customers.
To be successful in this role, you should possess a blend of:
Business knowledge: Understanding of supply chain processes and challenges.
IT skills: programming, databases, integration, AI/ML knowledge, software engineering.
Consulting skills: Self-confidence, ownership, and effective communication.
Now, we do not expect you to already have a complete set. We will teach you through a mix of courses, shadowing, and gradual project involvement. Depending on your background, you will go through a custom-made induction plan and be encouraged to get on actual live projects as soon as possible.
We need your physical presence at our Warsaw office 4 days a week, with the possibility of transitioning to fewer office days as you progress.
