Amer Sports Global Business Services is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Invoice to Cash Accountant to support our Retail and E-commerce financial processes. This role is ideal for candidates looking to grow their skills in a dynamic, international environment while working on real-world accounting tasks.

What you will be doing:

Portfolio Management:

• Conducting daily reviews of assigned Retail and Ecommerce accounts.
• Identifying and addressing discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams.

Process Monitoring & Reporting:

• Tracking open items and overdue discrepancies.
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly and ad hoc reports for discrepancies and write-offs.

Compliance & Audit Assistance:

• Supporting period-end closing processes in alignment with internal policies.
• Preparing documentation for audit requests and providing necessary insights.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Working closely with team members and reporting progress to the Team Leader.

What you need to succeed:

• Strong command of English (minimum B2 level) .
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office tools, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
• A collaborative attitude and effective communication skills.
• A background in Finance or a related field is welcomed but not mandatory.
