About Our Client

Our Client is a leading developer and investor in the commercial real estate sector. We are seeking a Junior Investment Analyst who will work with the team on financial modeling and project analysis.

Job Description

1. Conducting market research on development and investment funds
2. Creating and presenting ad-hoc analyses related to specific companies
3. Developing financial models to assess investment opportunities
4. Analyzing projects and compiling results into reports and presentations
5. Working closely with other analysts and investment managers/directors
6. Reporting financial and operational results in cooperation with Asset Management
7. Participating in the financial planning process (budgeting, forecasting)
8. Analyzing monthly results in relation to budget and plans
9. Collaborating with external consulting firms and partners

The Successful Applicant

1. At least 1-2 years of experience in real estate investment or consulting
2. Solid knowledge of debt and equity modeling
3. Strong analytical abilities and expertise in financial modeling
4. Strategic mindset
5. Proficiency in delivering presentations
6. Outstanding time management and organizational skills
7. Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and adhering to deadlines
