Junior Investment Analyst
Location: Warsaw
Responsibilities
Working in a project team preparing the investment process for RES projects in the EU.
Co-creating and updating schedules and budgets for portfolio projects.
Supporting the evaluation of RES investment projects (solar farms, BESS, onshore wind, hybrid projects) in Poland and across our five EU markets.
Creating and maintaining analytical tools.
Assisting in the preparation of financial analyses and other documents for the Management Board/Executive Team, Investment Committee, and Controlling.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in financial modeling, preferably gained in financial advisory departments (Big4, investment boutiques), corporate or investment banking, or in financial and analytical departments in sectors such as energy, infrastructure, or industry.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Basic skills and a desire to develop in financial modeling.
Higher education – preferred fields: business or technical (energy).
Good command of English (B2 or higher).
Communication skills and the ability to establish relationships with colleagues.
Analytical skills.
Organizational abilities and excellent work organization.
Commitment and independence.
Ability to work under time pressure.
Nice to have:
Knowledge of the RES industry.
Proficiency in Romanian or German.
