As a Junior Inside Sales Specialist with German for Poland, Austria and Switzerland you will proactively manage the renewal process for our products or services, maintaining and expanding the customer base.
Key responsibilities include:
-Primary responsibility: Engage with existing customers, understand their needs, and drive the renewal of subscriptions or contracts and most important customer satisfaction.
-Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with existing customers to comprehend their business objectives and usage of our products/services.
-Renewal Negotiation: Collaborate with customers to identify evolving needs and provide solutions aligned with our offerings. Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and renewal terms for a win-win situation for both the customer and the company. Up and Cross sales.
-Forecasting and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, negotiations, and renewal statuses in the CRM system (Sales Force). Generate regular reports on renewal forecasts, highlighting potential risks and opportunities.
-Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to address concerns and ensure a seamless renewal process
-Readiness to work under limited contract of employment for 12 months.
-Minimum of 1 year of experience in working with clients.
-Proficiency in English, Polish and German is a must.
-Experience in sales would be an advantage.
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-Highly organized and time management skills.
-Results-oriented, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Salesforce tools are a plus).
