Junior Influencer Marketing Manager

Your responsibilities

• You support the development and expansion of international influencer marketing.
• You will take on the coordination and management of influencer collaborations for specific touchpoints, including integration with overarching (campaign) activities – in Poland and beyond.
• You ensure smooth operations, including the creation of contracts, concept, and briefing documents.
• You organize the handling of goods and samples, act as a contact person for influencers and their management, and coordinate the approval and cross-media use of content.
• Monitoring and final success evaluation are also part of your tasks.
• By independently implementing collaborations, bringing in creative ideas and your analytical strength, you increase the impact of influencer measures for bonprix internationally and thus contribute to the success of the brand strategy.
• You work in an area that is open-minded and relies on agile methods. We work closely in an international team and are engaged in cross-departmental and cross-sectional topics. From a professional perspective, we are always looking for the best solution. Intensive exchange, high commitment, and personal responsibility play a significant role. At the intersection of digital marketing, social media, and PR, you provide impulses and convince with your professional expertise.
• Within the framework of budget and target specifications, you develop creative approaches and concepts. You experience a lot of creative and decision-making freedom.

Our requirements

• You have initial practical experience in the field of influencer marketing and/or PR in an internationally operating fashion company or on the agency side.
• You bring a passion for fashion and initial experience in the areas of social media & social commerce, as well as project and event management.
• You feel very confident working in English.
• Styling knowledge is a plus.
• Curiosity and creativity to develop new ideas and solutions.
• A doer mentality to further develop topics collaboratively and across teams.
