We are an international medical corporation, providing products and services in the healthcare industry offering life‑saving essential drugs and medical devices for infusion, transfusion and clinical nutrition.
Our Shared Service Center in Wroclaw has existed since August 2014 and brings together accountants working for 16 European markets. There are already 300 of us, but we are still growing and expanding our scope of operations.

Responsibilities
- Playing an active role in maintaining contact with corporate department and stakeholders,
- Contacting requestors and suppliers,
- Checking information completeness of requisition
- Analyzing and solving user requests independently
- Coordinating and performing testing activities in SAP SRM
- Following company procurement processes, controls and policies
- Releasing reviewed and approved purchase orders to suppliers
- Facilitating purchasing transaction activities, to ensure that company purchasing controls are in place and transactions are in compliance with corporate policies
- Receiving approved requisitions from the corporation and executing transactions in a timely and accurate manner
- Validating purchase orders, reviewing and correcting all confirmations to decrease service errors
- Ensuring timely communication within the department, company, and other stakeholders
- Troubleshooting issues and complex matters, by ensuring the calls with questions are responded to in a timely manner
Requirements
- Very good knowledge of English
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in Supply Chain/Procurement and Shared Service
- Knowledge of SAP SRM will be a plus
- University degree (bachelor or higher education)
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Multi‑tasking ability, together with ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Ability to build strong internal and external business relationships
- Assertiveness combined with high customer orientation
- Ability to teamwork
