Your role
- Timely and accurate processing of incoming customer payments and bank transactions
- Allocation of payments to the correct invoices and resolution of discrepancies
- Maintenance of accurate customer account data and payment records
- Processing of refunds, prepayments, offsets, write-offs, and bad debt postings
- Reconciliation of bank statements and support with unallocated cash in cooperation with the Collector
- Participation in month-end and year-end closing activities
- Contribution to process migrations, preparation of work instructions and identification of process improvement opportunities
- Preparation of regular Accounts Receivable reports
Your profile
- Professional experience in accounting or within an SSC/BPO environment (preferably in Accounts Receivable or Finance)
- First experience working with SAP
- Fluent German skills are an advantage
- Hybrid work model (40% attendance rate for the month) and flexible start times
