Junior HRSS Analyst with German or French

Join Reckitt as a Junior HRSS Analyst to deliver top-quality support across the full Hire to Retire (H2R) employee journey in European markets.

About the Role

As part of our HR Shared Services team you will be a key player supporting employees in Poland, Italy, Hungary, Spain, France, Germany, and other markets depending on your language skills. You’ll combine transactional support with true ownership of employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end “Hire to Retire” services for European large markets with support from senior analysts.
• Manage employee queries in ServiceNow and provide first‑line advice.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts and internal teams to determine the best response to employee requests.
• Prioritise cases and ensure timely follow‑ups to drive case resolution.
• Build cross‑functional HR knowledge to own the employee experience end‑to‑end.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in German or French; proficiency in Polish is an asset.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks and tickets.
• Minimum 1 year of corporate experience, preferably in HR or related field.
• Willingness to learn best practices in a Shared Services environment.
• Attention to detail.
