Junior HR Specialist with German

Join Hitachi Energy as a Junior HR Specialist with German and support our dynamic onboarding team in the DACH region. You will work in a well‑structured and collaborative environment, administering, coordinating, and improving hiring processes.

How Youll Make An Impact

• Maintain employee data in various HR systems and prepare employment documentation.
• Provide reliable HR support to our community: talent partners, managers, employees, and candidates.
• Follow, review, and update existing process documentation.
• Execute global and local HR controls on time and in accordance with agreed deadlines.
• Adhere to the agreed Ways of Working while delivering support via various tools.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in your daily work and share them with your Team Lead.
• Contribute to HR‑related projects in a dynamic environment according to emerging needs.

Your Background

• Previous experience in customer service or HR operations.
• Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Global View) and/or ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow) is an asset.
• Proactive approach, with analytical and problem‑solving skills, and excellent attention to detail.
• Flexible, eager to learn, and willing to take on new responsibilities.
• Good user knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Very good command of English.
• Very good command of German.
