WHAT YOULL DO


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Specialist to join our team. This role involves supporting the HR department with various administrative and operational tasks related to contracts, payroll, employee benefits, onboarding, and legal documentation.
You will also work closely with managers, employees, and external providers to ensure smooth communication and coordination of HR processes.


YOURE GOOD AT


  • Manage civil contracts (umowy zlecenie, umowy o dzieło) and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Manage transportation benefits (ZTM cards) including registration, changes, and terminations.
  • Prepare monthly benefit summaries and invoices for BCG and Platinion.
  • Conduct weekly reviews of employees on extended leaves and suspend benefits if necessary.
  • Coordinate hybrid and remote work applications for new employees.
  • Work with ADP to process payroll data, manage pay lists, and prepare reports.
  • Verify employment for external agencies and provide employee certificates.
  • Maintain and update Workday with employee data, promotions, terminations, and changes in allocation.
  • Order and coordinate initial and periodic BHP training for new employees.
  • Assist employees with the visa process, collaborate with external visa providers, and prepare business letters.
  • Prepare reports on new joiners, leavers, and benefits.
  • Ad hoc tasks to support internal Team.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in HR, payroll, or benefits administration is preferred.
  • Familiarity with employment contracts (umowa zlecenie, umowa o dzieło) and payroll processes.
  • Knowledge of HR systems (e.g., Workday, ADP) and proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
