Junior HR Services Specialist (2nd shift)

Qurate Retail Group Global Business Services center in Cracow is part of the Qurate family that offers world-class Finance, HR Services, IT, and Software Engineering to team members in various countries. Our GBS center features an exceptional facility with an efficient design and culture.

We are looking for candidates who:

1. Have a customer service mindset and a proactive approach to servicing customers.
2. Have up to 1 year of experience in HR or Customer Service.
3. Are interested in developing within the field of HR.
4. Have experience in HR systems such as Workday and strong knowledge of MS Office.
5. Have experience using Case Management software.
6. Exhibit excellent communication skills and can operate in an international, matrix organization.
7. Can work independently and as a team member.
8. Can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
9. Are available to work from 3:00 PM to 11 PM (2nd shift) in a hybrid model, 3-5 times per month from the office in Cracow.

Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the first point of contact for employees’ questions about HR policies and processes.
2. Guide employees through HR-related queries and assist with transactions.
3. Record and track all customer calls in the internal Case Management System.
4. Provide timely, courteous, and professional customer service.
5. Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
