Join a dynamic team reporting to the GBS HR Services Lead, responsible for delivering top-notch customer service and handling HR administrative tasks for EMEA operations. As the primary contact for HR inquiries, assist employees and managers across the organization while supporting their use of our HR System (Workday) and ensuring seamless processes. Strong organizational skills are crucial for managing caseloads and meeting Service Level Agreements within Global Business Services protocols.
Customer-Centric Approach: Provide consistently high-quality service to customers, ensuring prompt resolution of inquiries, issues, and complaints with a professional demeanor, prioritizing a positive customer experience.
Data Integrity and Management: Accurately input and maintain employee data into Workday and associated HR systems, adhering to predefined standards and timelines, while meticulously managing records and documents according to established procedures.
Service Optimization: Utilize the service management system to accurately reflect and address query nature, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction levels and timely handling of workflow requests in alignment with operational guidelines.
Adherence to Standards: Ensure strict compliance with corporate policies, HR service standards, and established processes, rectifying any deviations observed among staff to maintain conformity and consistency in service delivery.
Continuous Enhancement: Continuously assess and understand customer needs, both internal and external, leveraging performance indicators to improve service quality. Actively contribute insights and ideas to refine the HR Customer Service Delivery strategy.
Education: minimum of bachelor degree in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.
Experience: HR Qualification or Relevant Experience, like for example Customer Service in corporate environment.
Nice to have: Demonstrated proficiency in HR administration within a regional Shared Services context. Pursuing or possessing HR-related qualifications or substantial experience aligning with HR functions.
Languages: fluency in English and Spanish.
Adeptness in Microsoft Office, Workday HR systems, along with self-motivation, organizational prowess, prioritization skills, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
