Junior HR Operations Specialist (Recruitment & Onboarding) work closely with local and international Recruitment Business Partners and are responsible for managing and maintaining onboarding data. Each Junior Specialist supports processes with regards to onboarding of new hires, following set standard operating procedures in a timely and quality manner with customer focus.
