Join us as we harness cutting-edge technologies and unlock opportunities on a global scale. Together, lets sail towards a brighter, more sustainable future with Maersk.

We are looking for someone passionate about delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience, to support our FLPO (Front Line) People Organization across Europe. In addition, you are an outgoing, positive, and service-minded person who desires to make a consistent difference.

This role reports to the TAA Operations Lead, FLPO, and is part of the European TAA Operations team.

  • Support in recruitment activities where relevant.
  • Manage interview/assessment calendar and coordinate between candidate and hiring manager.
  • Initiate background check and pre-boarding due diligence activities where applicable.
  • Create and store hiring documentation and update data of the new employee in relevant systems (e.g., Workday).
  • Liaise with third-party providers as relevant and other functions outside of HR.
  • Manage the recruitment platform.
  • Occasional support for employer branding activities such as career fairs, social media campaigns, etc.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Fluency in English and Polish and communicative German is a must.
  • First experience or internship within HR/Talent Acquisition/Administration.
  • Closure orientation and low tolerance for delays and deviations.
  • Great prioritization skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships quickly and leverage those relationships to drive results.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, ‘let’s get it done’ attitude geared towards continuous improvement.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to operate in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership and setting directions with minimal guidance.
  • Work experience in large international organizations and familiarity with a complex stakeholder matrix (preferable).

We Offer

  • A great team culture with people from multiple countries and varied experiences.
  • Multi-stakeholder management at different levels and in different functions.
  • The ability to drive the transformation to realize Maersk’s vision of being the integrator of container logistics.
  • A unique opportunity to learn and grow new skills in a fast-growing and exciting environment.
  • Access to internal training opportunities.
