We are currently supporting our international client in expanding their HR Operations team and are looking for a Junior HR Operations Analyst to join on a contract basis. This role involves daily interaction with employees and providing operational support across key HR processes.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, ideally in HR, Business, or Communications.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR; experience in Shared Services or a call center environment is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Familiarity with HR processes and best practices.
- Ability to work confidently in HR systems (preferably Workday and ServiceNow) and deliver high-quality service in a high-volume environment.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills.
- Ability to follow established procedures and maintain consistency in service delivery.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.
- Strong active-listening skills and a customer-centric mindset.

,[Handle employee, manager, and HR partner inquiries via the ticketing system (Workday/ServiceNow), using internal knowledge resources, procedures, and guidelines., Guide users through HR systems and processes, promoting self-service and efficient use of available tools., Provide professional, customer-focused support while effectively managing sensitive or difficult conversations., Prioritize workload to meet SLA targets and maintain high customer satisfaction scores., Collaborate with team members to resolve cases, including those related to data quality or integrations., Monitor case progress, keep users informed of status updates, and offer temporary solutions when needed., Update and maintain operational documentation to ensure process knowledge is accurate and current., Identify gaps in end-to-end HR processes and provide feedback to improve workflows., Investigate the root cause of escalated issues related to cases owned by the Junior Analyst., Ensure confidentiality and compliance with GDPR when handling employee data and inquiries.
